Ackerman-Estvold Welcomes Carmen Weber as a Landscape Architect in Boise, ID Office

Minot, N.D. – Carmen Weber has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Boise, ID office as a full-time landscape architect. Weber earned her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from University of Idaho in 2008 and her Masters in Bioregional Planning and Community Design from University of Idaho in 2011. She has over 10 years of experience as a landscape architect, including work in the hospitality industry, neighborhood and subdivision spaces, and a variety of municipal projects. Carmen will be working with the civil engineering group in Boise on a variety of design engineering projects along with landscape design for architecture projects and providing her expertise to our other three North Dakota locations with landscape design for a multitude of upcoming projects.

Minot, N.D. – Rachel Nannenga has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Minot office as the Director of Human Resources. Nannenga earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Minot State University, Minot, North Dakota. Rachel has earned her CPSP in 2020 and is a member of both PSCA and IFEBP. She has spent a decade working in human resources for several organizations in Minot & within the region. Her responsibilities will include overseeing company recruiting efforts, benefits plans, employee development, and cultivating company culture.

Minot, N.D. – Kitti Kazay has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Minot office in our architecture group. Kazay earned Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from a Hungarian University and received her Master of Architecture from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina. Kitti has experience working in the architecture industry focusing on Urban Planning and Interior Design. She has also earned her Public Design and Urban Planner Certification and SEED AP designation. Her responsibilities will include creating 3D rendering & design development for clients on projects throughout the region.
