Minot, N.D. – Ackerman-Estvold is pleased to announce that Jeff McElwain recently earned his North Dakota Professional Engineer registration from the North Dakota State Board of Registration.

Mr. McElwain is a founding partner of Ackerman-Estvold serving as Vice President. He has led the construction group since the organization was founded in 2003 and has over 25 years of experience in the industry. McElwain earned an Associate of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, ND.

Ackerman-Estvold’s Kevin Ploof Earns Asbestos Certifications

Ackerman-Estvold team member Kevin Ploof, REHS/RS, recently earned his Asbestos Inspector and Asbestos Management Planner Certifications through the University of North Dakota’s Environmental Training Institute.

Through Mr. Ploof’s certifications, Ackerman-Estvold is now licensed to perform public and private asbestos inspections for area schools, municipalities, counties, and private businesses. Ackerman-Estvold’s other environmental services include wetland delineations, US Army Corps of Engineers 404 permitting, Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, and septic system design.
