Minot, N.D. – Zeb Pulkinen has joined the Ackerman-Estvold Minot office as an Environmental Specialist. Pulkinen graduated from Minot State University, Minot, North Dakota, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Pulkinen is also trained as a Civil Engineering Technician with a strong understanding in construction plans and inspection. Zeb will have a focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and will provide environmental expertise on a variety of projects throughout the region.
