Bread of Life Lutheran Church Addition is an expansion to the churches existing facility.  The current facility is a 6,797 square foot facility with a worship space, multi-use room, and supporting offices and classrooms of wood-frame construction.  The current project adds 5,228 square feet to the facility with a large multi-purpose room, meeting room, restrooms, and large narthex of similar construction materials to the original.

The project is a unique approach where the church partnered with an entity called Mission Builders, affiliated with the denomination.  Mission Builders is managing the project in the same capacity as a construction manager.  Our firm bid the project out in 18 separate bid categories and executed those contracts separately.

Under this approach the total of executed contracts is approximately $1,140,000 with owner-provided items costing roughly $75,000, putting total construction cost at $1,215,000.  The project broke ground in Spring of 2018 and was completed in 2019.
