Ackerman Surveying & Associates, Inc. has been integral to the growth and development of northwestern North Dakota since the business began in 1982. Started by Rolly Ackerman, PLS, Ackerman Surveying is a full-service land surveying firm that works with both public and private sector clients.
Ackerman Surveying provides over 30 years of experience to clients throughout North Dakota and the upper midwest. Services include preliminary, construction, engineering, and topographic surveying, lot surveys, GPS services, land boundaries, land planning, high precision control surveys, land title surveys, platting, easements, right-of-way, as-built surveys, and is an approved evaluator of NGS OPUS-DB. With five full survey crews and six professional land surveyors located in its Minot office, Ackerman Surveying is available to provide you with any surveying needs that your organization may have.
Mr. Ackerman was awarded the Surveying Excellence Award in 2003 from the North Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors as recognition for his achievements within the industry. His expertise in land and construction surveying, and commitment to the advancement of the industry, is known statewide, as he serves on the ND State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors and has been an integral partner in the organization for many years. Mr. Ackerman and his staff are dedicated to serving our clients, and the region, during the extraordinary growth the area is experiencing.
