Trinity Health is replacing their existing, multiple location Minot health facilities with a single, state of the art building. When complete, the new structure will be 840,000 square feet, will have six stories including hospital and medical office building (MOB) space. The facility is currently being constructed in southeast Minot on a sprawling 43-acre site designed by Ackerman-Estvold. The team provided guidance to the City of Minot as they recently widened 37th Avenue SW into a five-lane roadway in order to provide sufficient access to the facility. The site consists of the hospital / MOB, 17 acres of 1,400 at-grade parking spaces, 4 acres of storm water management detention facilities, and 13 acres of landscaped green space. The building is equipped with 200 below grade, climate-controlled parking spaces accessed by ramp. The estimated cost of the building and supporting infrastructure is $300MM and is expected to be completed in 2022.
