Situated on 13.5± acres of steep, graded hillside overlooking Lake Sakakawea is the proposed Tribal Administration Headquarters and Government Support Buildings comprising 50,000± square feet of office, meeting space, council chambers, and ancillary government space.  Our team completed the Civil Site Design on this project which included a boulevard entry roadway, site with public and secure parking facilities, and supporting infrastructure serving the multiple buildings as well as potential, future building space.  Cultural features and elements are scattered across the development with a sizeable garden/landscaping plaza area located off the Chairman’s office quarters.  This project is scheduled for completion in 2021.
