In 2013, Ackerman Estvold began providing the Williams County Water Board with Administrative and Engineering Services.  In 2014, the Water Board began reviewing Stormwater Management Plans and Drainage Master Plans as part of the County Planning and Zoning approval process.  In 2015, the Water Board and County Commission entered a Joint Powers Agreement to have the Water Board review stormwater management plans independent of the Commission.  Ackerman Estvold has reviewed over 100 stormwater management plans during our tenure as Williams County Water Board Engineer.  Other duties as the Board’s engineer include assisting with Board administration and operations, reviewing the Board minutes and assisting with the monthly meeting agenda, investigating drainage complaints, review other submittals to the Water Board, and other engineering duties as assigned.
