The project consists of a mill and overlay from West Avenue (ND Highway 1804) to Park Place and complete reconstruction from Park Place to East Avenue. The complete reconstruction will include street improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer, lighting, and pavement markings. Sanitary sewer replacement will be included in the mill and overlay segment from West Avenue to Park Place. This project is expected to be constructed during the 2012 construction season.
